Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Dr. Soetomo is committed to making a positive contribution so that Indonesia can leverage emerging challenges into various business opportunities. This commitment is reflected in the holding of the 1st ICEBEMA (International Conference On Economics, Business, Entrepreneurship, Management & Accounting) in 2024. The aim is to provide “insight” for policy makers, business practitioners and scientific developments in the country.
The conference’s topic, “Driving Innovation and Sustainable Business in The Green Economy Era Through Digital Entrepreneurship” emphasizes the urgent requirement for creative ideas, teamwork, and adaptability in today’s dynamic corporate environment. We think that by bringing specialists and enthusiasts from a range of disciplines together, we may collaboratively study the most recent discoveries, developments, and problems in the field of business and management. Furthermore, we anticipate that these debates will provide practical answers that may be used in real-world scenarios.
Without the tireless efforts of our renowned partners and co-organizers, 1st ICEBEMA 2024 would not be possible. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Dr. Soetomo in Surabaya, Indonesia, who is serving as our host institution, as well as to our joint organizers, INTI International University, Malaysia, Indian Institute of Finance, India, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia, Thai Global Business Administration Technological College, Thailand, and Holy Angel University, Philippines. You should be commended for your steadfast dedication and support of expanding the study of business management. This event was held for 1 day and was attended by 400 participants, and there were 182 articles submitted. May The 1st ICEBEMA 2024 will be a learning and gratifying event for all of us.
